How do I return an item?
If damaged and needing to exchange: 1. Notify us via email. 2. Return within 3 days of delivery via USPS with tracking confirmation number along with (a) Copy of Original Receipt noted "EXCHANGE". (b) Copy of return postage receipt. A new shipment will be sent within 3 business days along with refunded postage fees paid to exchange shipment.
If lost: 1. Notify us via email. 2. We will track shipment. 3. Once tracked and verified as lost a replacement shipment will be sent 2 weeks after expected delivery date.
Returning for a refund: 1. Notify us via email. 2. Return purchase within 7 days of delivery via USPS with confirmation tracking number, including a copy of original receipt noted "REFUND". 3. Once received a refund will be sent within 5 days of receipt, minus shipping and handling.
